| Heritage Court is one of Port Angeles' most reasonably priced developments with lots priced at $83,500. Consider that these lots are in a completed 15 lot development, all curbed, paved, and all utilities are already installed. This is a great area, and if you look at other lots in the surrounding blocks, you'll find a number of much higher priced lots. These are some of the lowest priced lots in the entire area, and it is one of the cleanest developments around.
